These bands are a great asset for resistance training. They are a great quality. The colors are vibrant. I highly recommend these bands!
I have not used my Regina bands in a workout yet, but I did try them out to compare to my current bands. The Regina bands are much stronger. My other brand bands started to loosen up after a couple of uses. The Regina band light is like the old band medium. The Regina band medium is like the old band strong. I'm not ready to try the Regina band heavy yet. Lol Purple is my favorite color, so I love that they are different shades of purple.
I love these bands! I love that they have "Regina bands" on them. I love that the heavy is dark purple, medium is a medium color, and the light band is lilac--so easy to know what to use. And, I also love the packaging--which I noticed from the towels too. The purple envelope, the bag to store them in...Just very class and high end feeling products. And I feel special when I see that purple shiny envelope! Thank you!
I've purchased many bands from many companies but these Regina bands are a keeper! Quality fabric and stitching. I can immediately notice the tension difference between them--not so much with the other bands I've tried. Love these!
