I started my Free Live Workouts as a way to connect with everyone and build a space for all of us to have the group exercise experience from home!
I have been teaching Group Fitness for 27 years and Personal Training for 16 years. My experience has kept me humble and authentic, and I enjoy keeping it real and relating to others. You can expect to hear about my love of peanut butter and wine, while we are doing burpees. To me, life is about balance and is meant to be enjoyed to its fullest.
