I found you almost 2 years ago, and it has been one of the best things in my life(don't tell my husband or kids😂). I suffer from osteoporosis, scoliosis and chronic back pain. My workouts were usually walking and running on the treadmill. Following Chris' plan has changed so many things. My bone density has improved and I have better movement all around. One of my favorite parts of your channel is YOU, you are real, you always motivate us, and you make working out/ making our bodies better everyday. There will be times when all I want to do is stop, but I hear you saying "if you planned for a 45 min workout, then just finish it"…

I originally found your channel because I was specifically looking for a step workout. At the time I was mostly doing HIIT, and I love that style of workout, but I was starting to feel I just needed something else to mix in. Boy do I feel lucky! Not only did I find great step workouts but many other great workouts, plus a great community. Thank you for doing what you do!

I have always loved step, and I am so happy I found your channel. Initially, I only did the step videos, but I am a convert! All of your encouragement to incorporate weight training into a workout routine worked with me. I had some knee issues about a year and a half ago. I play tennis and pickleball a few times a week, so the injury to my knee sidelined me for about three months. I got a shot, and then I did PT. Though my knee was better after that, I could still feel it if I pushed it too hard. I committed to weight training with you at lesat 2-3 times a week in November of last year…
