How long is the video?

Can I get a rush?
Currently, rush delivery isn’t offered. Check back or contact us.

Can I revise it?
One correction for factual errors only (name/pronunciation). No content/tone rewrites.

Will you post my video?
Only if you opt in using the permission checkbox

What if my file upload fails?
Submit the form without the upload and reply to your confirmation email with the file.

Terms & Conditions (T&Cs)

1. Scope & Content
Custom videos are limited to 1-2 minutes, in English, family‑friendly, and may not include medical advice, explicit content, endorsements, or content that conflicts with brand values. CDornerFitness reserves the right to refuse requests that violate these guidelines; in such cases, the order will be canceled and refunded.

2. Turnaround & Capacity
Standard delivery is within 5 business days from successful payment and receipt of complete details. Weekly capacity is limited to 3 videos. During posted away/blackout dates, the delivery window begins on the return date.

3. Revisions
One minor correction is allowed only for factual errors (e.g., name/pronunciation). No rewrites, tone changes, or new details after delivery.

4. Delivery
Videos are delivered as MP4 via the email you provide. Ensure your email is accurate and can receive attachments/links. Links remain active for 30 days.

5. Refunds & Rescheduling
All sales are non‑refundable once payment is processed. No rescheduling of delivery dates. If a request is refused under Section 1, you will receive a refund.

6. Permissions
If you opt in, you grant CDornerFitness the right to use short excerpts or still frames from your video for promotional purposes.

7. Privacy
Videos are delivered privately to your email. Do not share sensitive personal data in your request. Download links are not indexed and expire in 30 days.

8. License
You receive a personal, non‑commercial license to share the video with the recipient and on your own social accounts. Commercial use is not permitted.
