Guy and I will be co-teaching this step class with amazing music and non-stop fun!
This 8:00 am class is going to be an intermediate to advanced choreography workout at 134 BPM.
Get ready to work hard, sweat, and learn fun and engaging step aerobics choreography!

STEPS ARE AVAILABLE FOR USE AT THIS EVENT!
Doors will open at 7:30 AM for 8:00 am workout.
