1. These rates are based on availability.
2. At check in each room will receive a welcome package which includes discounted vouchers to our owned/operated restaurants on and off site. (E.g. IHOP, TGIF’s, Out Back Steak House, Apple Bee’s, Keg Steak House, Ruth’s Chris Steak House, and Niagara Fun Zone)
3. Room rates are on a per night basis and are based on single and double occupancy. For triples and quads an additional charge of $15.00 per adult applies; children 17 and under stay for free.
4. The hotel’s room rates are on a per night basis and are net non-commissionable, in Canadian funds, The Hotel’s room rates are subject to 13%HST, & Municipal Accommodation Tax of $2.26 per room, per night. Taxes and fees are subject to change without notice.

• All incidentals to the individuals’ Account
• Self-parking to the individuals’ Account
• Individuals must provide either a valid credit card at check-in or full payment for their stay, including parking charges and $300 cash to cover any anticipated incidental charges.
• Keys will not be provided unless the above forms of payment are received at check-in.

1. For individual reservations please call 1-800-363-3255 (between 8:00am and midnight) and request the CDornerFitness Step at the Falls 2024 Inc. block of rooms. Individuals are responsible for their own guestrooms and a credit card is required to book definite.
2. A valid piece of ID matching the name in the reservation is required to check-in. Examples of ID that will be accepted are as follows: Driver’s license, Passport, or Ontario Photo ID.

1. The cutoff date is Wednesday, April 17, 2024. At the cut-off date the hotel will release the unreserved rooms for general sale. Any reservation received after the cut-off date, and 72 hours prior to arrival, will be accepted at the rack rate if space is available.
2. Self-parking (lot 2) is available at a daily fee of $20.00 CDN plus applicable taxes. Individuals are responsible for their own parking charges.
3. Check in time is 4:00PM. Check out time is 11:00am.
4. Arrival times and all meal plans must be pre-arranged prior to arrival.
