MONDAY
THE 22

FULL BODY ON MONDAY to start the new year off with a BANG! This total body compound movement strength workout is going to be an intense sweat fest! All you will need are some dumbbells as we work through 22 moves, 22 reps each and repeated twice.
TUESDAY
JUST FLOW WITH IT
9:50 am - 30 MIN
This mobility routine will help loosen tight muscles and stiff joints. Today we will be flowing through large ranges of motion. Moving through poses and working on balance. This will also help with posture and focus. No equipment needed.
THURSDAY
CARDIO JAM
9:00 am - 40 MIN
Attention cardio queens! This is your favorite low or high impact workout!! Today we will be alternating between 5 minutes of low impact and 3 minutes of optional high impact cardio!! Light dumbbells will be optional for this workout.
SATURDAY
STEP INTO MY OFFICE
9:00 am - 60 MIN
Join me for this first LIVE intermediate to advanced step aerobics workout of 2022! This will be a blast!! 136-140 bpm with new, fun, and fancy choreography to keep your brain and body in check!!
MONDAY
THE HOT STEPPER
12:00 pm - 45 MIN
Get stepping and sweating in this fast basic step class workout! 140 bpm, easy to follow step aerobics choreography to burn major calories! All you need is a step. Just getting started? Try it without a step.
WEDNESDAY
NO BUTTS ABOUT IT
9:00 am - 45 MIN
That is right! NO EXCUSES! Just work that lower body with me!! This full lower body workout will have you tightening and strengthening your legs and butt!! You will need dumbbells and bands for this workout!
THURSDAY
THE CORE STORE
9:50 am - 15 MIN
Let's work that core!! You will need one dumbbell for this 15 minute, as many rounds as possible abs and core workout!
TUESDAY
JABS AND ABS
9:00 am - 40 MIN
Cardio Kickboxing and Abs! Punch, kick, and crunch your way through this fun workout you can do anywhere! Segments of cardio kickboxing combinations mixed with core and abs. Optional light dumbbells (1-3lbs).
WEDNESDAY
POWER STEP
12:00 pm- 45 MIN
STEP AND STRENGTH!!!! Grab some dumbbells and your step and let's work! Today we will be alternating between step and full body moves. 5 minutes of step with 3 minutes of weights.
FRIDAY
MASTER OF ARMS
9:00 am - 60 MIN
UPPER BODY AND TABATA ROUNDS!! What? Yes! Today we will be working upper body strength and adding intervals of cardio tabata to add an extra burn!! You will need dumbbells, bands, and optional gliders for this workout.

I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins by first enjoying the movement of your own body. It's important for me to create workouts that are fun, motivating and effective that will keep you active.
I started my Free Live Workouts as a way to connect with everyone and build a space for all of us to have the group exercise experience from home!!
I have been teaching Group Fitness for 27 years and Personal Training for 16 years. My experience has kept me humble and authentic, and I enjoy keeping it real and relating to others. You can expect to hear about my love of peanut butter and wine, while we are doing burpees. To me, life is about balance and meant to be enjoyed to its fullest.
I love my community of people of all shapes, ages, and sizes. And I hope you will join us to share a laugh, squat, and story together.

I came across your workout videos here on FB a couple of weeks ago and I loved them so much! I’ve been trying to focus on my health and getting into shape lately, but I have such a hard time sticking to routines and staying motivated sometimes. Your videos are really helping me though! The routines are awesome, very fun and versatile. I love how you always take the time to explain the exercises and demonstrate them properly from different angles and show how to modify them. Your whole setup is great, love the music, audio and video loud and clear, and that your doggies pop in every now and then lol. But most of all I just love your energy and your personality! I love how you motivate and engage everyone and have little conversations and some laughs mixed in, that’s the key right there! Thank you SO much for doing these workouts!! Chris, you have officially saved my self confidence and photos at my wedding on Sept 18th! I broke down at my first dress fitting this summer because my seamstress asked if I wanted her to make the dress bigger. I have never been one to struggle with weight because I eat healthy and hit the gym hard during the summer. However, with COVID and gyms closed, I was lost and not working out. AND I hated how my winter body was still a thing in JULY! I also hated all home workout videos but then my mom told me about you!! At my second dress fitting, a month later, my seamstress told me she had to take the dress in!! Within a month, I noticeably got smaller and I toned up just from taking your classes every other day!! I cannot thank you enough!! You are amazing at what you do!
I think your amazing ! You make me want to get up in the mornings again , since this lockdown it’s been hard to get motivated but you have succeeded thank you .
I used to teach step etc many years ago ! I am now 75 and although I’ve had both ankles replaced, I feel just as fit and able to be able to do at least two of your advanced step and toning classes each day .
So thank you Christina I am in awe of you for keeping me going and feeling much happier
