Join me for this crazy fun and super sweaty combo of Kickboxing and HIIT!

This workout will take challenging cardio kickboxing and High intensity interval training and combine them into one epic routine that will challenge every muscle in your body; leave you with the feeling that you just made your body stronger in every way possible. This workout will end with an abs and a cool down stretch!

No equipment needed. (Bring a mat or a towel for abs if you need it). Modifications will be provided for low and high impact options!
